Following are the scheduled dates for Mid-Term Assessments: Friday, January 16, 2015 - Language, Business and all AP Science Tuesday, January 20, 2015 - Math and Social Studies Wednesday, January 21, 2015 - Science and English Friday, January 23, 2015 - Theology, Fine Arts and Health PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING ** Yearly Courses ** - This assessment counts as a Second Quarter Test grade and contains the same weight as any of the student's other tests. ** Semester Courses ** - This assessment counts as 10% of the student's final grade. Good luck to all our PJPII students as the prepare for their Mid-Terms.
The Mother-Son/Father-Daughter Dance will be held on Friday, January 30 starting at 6:30 in the Main Gym. Tickets are SOLD OUT!
Attention Class of 2019! There will be many opportunities for you to learn more about PJP this fall and in the school year to come. Eighth Grade Visitation Day will be held at PJP on Thursday, November 13th from 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Students at the parish and regional schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia will learn more about this event and sign up with their eighth grade homeroom teachers. Eighth grade students who attend public and private schools are asked to sign up for this event with our Director of Admissions, Ms. Callen, at mcallen@pjphs.org. Beginning in mid-October, parents may sign their children up for individual "Shadow Days", so that the eighth graders may spend a day with one of the freshman students at PJP. This will give future students a better understanding of what a typical day is like at PJP. Throughout the fall, representatives from PJP, including current students, will visit many of the parish and regional partner schools for school-day presentations and community-wide High School Information Nights. We encourage you to attend events at PJP throughout the year - drama productions, art shows, athletic competitions, games and tournaments! Please check back to pjphs.org and the school calendar (link to the right) regularly for all the latest news and upcoming events. We look forward to answering your questions about the high school selection and admissions process, and we are excited to get to know you and your family as the year progresses!
Attention ALL new and current PJP Parents! The 2014-2015 Financial Aid Application is now available. For the first time ever, we encourage ALL families to complete this application online. Please visit www.psas.org/blocs/. You may also click the link to the right. Please note that the income guidelines for EITC grants have changed, and more families may qualify this year. The income guidelines are listed on the website. Financial Aid Grants will not be made to any family who has not completed this application.


Course Selection for Classes of 2016, 2017 and 2018 for the School Year 2015-2016 will begin on February 2, 2015 until March 2, 2015. Please note that your re-registration fee of $150.00 must be paid in order to register for courses for 2015-2016. More directions and information to follow.
