Due to this rough winter, Pope John Paul II High School had an unusually high number of days off from school due to snow. As a result, PJP will now be open for classes on the following days: Half-Day on March 31 until 11:30 a.m. ~ Full Day on April 21 (Easter Monday) ~ Full Day on May 23 (President's Holiday), ~ Full Day on May 29 (Ascension Thursday). There were seven school days PJP must account for. The school built the first two snow days (12/10 and 1/3) into the calendar. The third snow day (1/21) was made up with the Principal's Holiday, and the fourth snow day (1/22) was made up by rescheduling Career Day. The students are making up the four snow days that occurred on 2/3, 2/5, 2/6 and 2/13 with the new schedule. Please pray for NO MORE SNOW this winter!
