Buses

Local school districts that provide transportation for our PJP students require our parents or guardians to complete a request for transportation form for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.

 

If your child requires transportation by bus for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, please complete the steps below.

 

Step One

Complete the appropriate school district form.

 

You'll find the form for your local public school district below.

 

Please read the district instructions carefully, some require proof of residency.

Step Two

 

Follow the directions on the form for submission to your local district, AND ALSO email a copy of your student’s transportation form to transportation@pjphs.org by NO LATER THAN Friday, May 16th.

 

Please place the name of your school district in the subject line of your email.

If mom and dad reside in separate locations, two separate district forms need to be completed. 

Note: Forms that require electronic submissions may skip step two.

Please be prompt returning these forms.

 

The forms will assist the districts in creating more accurate and timely bus schedules for the next school year.

 

The district in which you reside will share the bus schedule with you a week or two before the school year begins.

Student Parking

Each student wishing to drive to school and park on campus must complete a parking permit form and purchase a parking permit.
