Using the PJP Brand Responsibly

The Pope John Paul II High School brand is a shared asset that represents our faith, our community, and more than 150 years of Catholic educational legacy.

Clear usage standards help ensure that PJP is represented consistently, accurately, and with respect across all communications and materials.

These guidelines apply to all official uses of the PJP name, logos, visual identity, and voice.

Who May Use the PJP Brand

The PJP brand may be used by:

  • School administration, faculty, and staff

  • Students and student organizations

  • Athletics teams and coaches

  • Alumni and parent organizations

  • Approved vendors, sponsors, and partners

 

All use must follow the standards outlined in the PJP Brand system.

When Approval Is Required

Approval from the Office of Marketing and Communications is required for:

  • Apparel, uniforms, or merchandise

  • Advertising, sponsorship, or partnership materials

  • Materials distributed outside the school community

  • Designs that modify, combine, or reinterpret PJP brand elements

  • Projects involving external vendors, printers, or designers

  • Use of PJP branding for fundraising or promotional purposes

 

If there is any uncertainty, approval should be requested before production.

Student and Club Use

Students and student organizations are encouraged to promote school spirit and involvement.

 

To ensure consistency:

  • All materials must follow logo, color, and typography standards

  • Paulie the Panther may be used for spirit-focused content

  • Merchandise or externally distributed materials require approval prior to production

 

These guidelines support creativity while protecting the integrity of the PJP brand.

Vendor and Partner Use

External vendors, sponsors, and partners must:

  • Use only official PJP brand assets

  • Follow all logo, color, and typography guidelines

  • Receive approval before production or publication

 

Vendors should never recreate, alter, or reinterpret PJP logos or visual elements.
