Through one annual commitment, businesses, families, alumni, and friends can support the student experience while receiving meaningful visibility across school events, programs, communications, and campus spaces.
This program helps reduce multiple one-time sponsorship requests throughout the year while creating a clearer, more valuable way for partners to invest in opportunities that benefit every student.

All levels receive the first opportunity to renew their current recognition placement for the following program year, subject to availability and response deadlines. Additional partnership levels are available — contact the Advancement Office.

Recognition is coordinated through the school calendar and is subject to artwork, print, production, event, and campus-placement deadlines. PJP may provide a comparable benefit when a listed placement is unavailable.

Program Details
Important Information for Partners
Recognition, production, renewal, and payment information for the 2026–2027 program year.
Program Year
Recognition period: one full year from signing date.
Commitments may be accepted throughout the year; full-year benefits depend on timing and availability.
Logo and Artwork
Submit a high-resolution PNG, JPG, PDF, EPS, or SVG file. PJP will confirm artwork suitability before use.
Banner Details
PJP will provide approved size, material, artwork, and location specifications before production.
Placement is subject to campus availability, safety, and PJP approval.
Print and Production Deadlines
Benefits are subject to event, print, publication, installation, and production timelines.
Partner Appreciation
Partners will be invited to an annual appreciation event or reception, with guest counts based on partnership level.
PJP may also provide periodic stewardship updates showing partnership impact.
Renewal Priority
Current partners receive the first opportunity to renew their level and eligible recognition placements for the following year.
Renewal priority is subject to response deadlines and continued availability.

Approval and Mission Alignment
All partner recognition, messaging, artwork, and on-campus presence are subject to PJP approval.
PJP may decline or modify recognition that does not align with the school's Catholic mission, values, policies, or community standards.
