PJP Awarded Grant to Further Enhance STEM Curriculum!

The award for more than $30,000 will allow PJP to continue our commitment to STEM education and expand our focus and pathways to include cross curricular programs as described in our strategic plan. The grant will be used to purchase new laptops that will support advanced programs and operating systems required for our expanding information technology courses and cross curricular growth.
Since 2018, Pope John Paul II High School has been engaged in STEM Pathways, a focused academic initiative to provide students with educational experiences that emphasize excellence in the disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. PJP’s current STEM offerings include our maker’s space for robotics complete with 3D printer, cameras, and interactive displays, our state of the art virtual dissection anatomy table, expanded coursework, and partnerships with  with Arrupe Virtual Learning Institute (AVLI) and Immaculata University just to name a few.
We are proud to share this news with you as it represents an exciting opportunity for our students and demonstrates our commitment to STEM education at PJP!
