Online Maintenance & House Keeping Request Form

Please use this form to report any house keeping issues or maintenance problems within your classroom, office, or common area of Pope John Paul II High School.

Keep in mind that PJP outsources our cleaning service. PJP has (2) Maintenance Personnel scheduled throughout the day and (1) maintenance personnel in the evening. Maintenance will do their very best to resolve issues within 24 business hours.

If your request is an emergency, please use your judgment on how best to notify PJP's Maintenance Supervisor, Ron Williams. You may contact him directly by email [email protected] or have him paged via main office. Should you email Mr. Williams please be sure the Principal and President are copied.
