PIAA
Tryouts for the Fall Sports Season will begin on Monday, August 16, 2010.
Prior to tryouts, all athletes are required to turn in a completed PIAA Physical Form to the Athletic Department.
Forms must be on file in the Athletic Directors office to be eligible to tryout. Students who have not turned in a form will not be eligible to tryout. Physicals must be performed June 1, 2010 or later.
ATTENTION – The date and time for when Physicals for Fall Sports Athletes will be performed for any PJP student-athlete participating in a Fall Sport for 2010 season has been changed. The physicals will now be performed on Tuesday August 10th from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Pope John Paul II High School in Room 187 (Training Room).
Students should have a PIAA Physical Form with them. Physicals will be offered at $20 per student. Please bring cash, but if you need to bring a check, please make check payable to Jennifer Mondillo.
The PIAA Form for the first sport, consist of Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4. If you are playing your second or third sport this school year, only Section 5 needs to be turned in.
Please make sure all forms are completely filled out, signed by all necessary parties and dated.
