8th Grade Visitation
The Archdiocesan Universal Eighth Grade Visitation Day is Thursday, November 19, 2009.
Permission Form due November 13th
Pope John Paul II High School, the Archdiocese of Philadelphia’s state-of-the-art new high school, which is opening in Royersford in September of 2010, is hosting interested eighth grade students at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Education Center (BTC), 256 Swamp Pike, Schwenksville, on Universal Visitation Day. Students interested in attending PJPII are asked to choose one of the following three options:
- Go directly to Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Education Center. Parents/guardians are asked to drop students off at BTC at 9:00 a.m. and pick students up at BTC at 2:00 p.m.
- Go to Kennedy-Kenrick Catholic High School, 250 East Johnson Highway, Norristown, PA, and ride a bus to BTC. Parents/guardians are asked to drop students off at KKCHS at 8:00 a.m. and pick students up at KKCHS at 2:15 p.m.
Please note — do not drop your child off before 7:45 a.m. - Go to St. Pius X High School, 844 North Keim Street, Pottstown, PA, and ride a bus to BTC. Parents/guardians are asked to drop students off at St. Pius at 8:00 a.m. and pick students up at St. Pius at 2:15 p.m.

It is our intent to end the day with a bus trip for all students to the Pope John Paul II High School site. Your child is welcome to bring a camera to take photos of their future high school! Students attending parochial schools are expected to wear their school uniform on Visitation Day. Public school students are asked to dress appropriately. A complimentary lunch will be provided to all students in attendance.
Please have your child specify their decision to attend the PJPII HS Visitation Day when asked by their eighth grade teacher, and please fill out the permission form and send to the PJPII Admissions Office: 250 East Johnson Highway, Norristown, PA 19401, by November 13. A response is required to provide us with the necessary time to plan for the transportation of all students.
